Welcome to my holistic mental health practice! 

I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach providing neurofeedback. aka EEG biofeedback, to adults and children. I have been helping clients with stress and a variety of emotional, mental and physical issues for over five years. I have trained extensively in yoga, mindfulness-based stress reduction, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and biofeedback in France and in the United States.
